PAP CAPE PANGOLIN STYLE

I have been making this recipe for more that twenty years now and it is still one of my favourites. It is easy to make, and gives the boring old pap a lovely twist and new flavour. You can eat it as is, or still serve it with a nice beef or tomato gravy.


Method

Make the pap the way you like it. Fry the bacon bits. When the pap is ready add the chopped green pepper, bits of bacon, condensed milk, sweat corn and mix. Heat pap again without the lid until some of the condensed milk evaporated. Let it stand a while before dishing up.
