August 2024: In August we camped for a week at San Cha Len, a small guest farm situated close to Bela-Bela. The resort is favoured by long term and permanent campers.

May 2024: The Kleine Bela Family Resort is a well-kept small bushveld resort situated approximately 120km from Pretoria in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.

July 2023: Roratau is a well-kept bushveldcamp situated approximately 30km from Pretoria in the Leeuwgedacht Conservancy area. The conservancy is adjacent to Dinokeng Nature Reserve.

May 2023: If you want to spend a few days hiking and camping, then Meringskloof Nature Park is a great option. It is kloof camping at its best. With lots of glorious hiking trails and friendly staff.

March 2023: Zebra Bush Camp is one of the many privately owned camps inside Dinokeng Game Reserve. It is an excellent choice if you just want to spend a few undisturbed, relaxed days in the bush.

January 2023: Scottburgh Caravan Park provides for a wonderful camping experience on the South Coast. There are lots of great stands that you can choose from close to shops and restaurants.

November 2022: Camping at Ruah Park was a great experience. If you have never camped before and want to try it for the first time then consider Ruah Park. Camping at Ruah Park was great.

September 2022: Whenever you plan your next camping trip or quick weekend breakway from city life Weesgerus is one of those resorts that is always at the back of your mind and a great option.

June 2022: Matamba is up there on my list of favourite Bush Camps. I prefer secluded bush camps to busy resorts and Matamba is most certainly one of them. An absolute great camping option.

March 2022: Marakele is one of South African National Parks (SANPARKS’) hidden gems. At Marakele you will find a peaceful and tranquil bushveld experience with moderate temperatures year-round.
